HAPPY NEW YEAR! LOOK OUT FOR THAT TANGERINE!

Monday, December 31st, 2007

A two hundred pound tangerine will drop in the state of Florida (in the United States) to ring in 2008!  I hope you all have a very happy year ahead.  Cheers to more weird stuff!

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. (AP) — New York has the ball drop. Brooksville, Florida, will have its tangerine drop.  The tangerine is the centerpiece of the annual New Year’s Eve celebration in Brooksville. Organizers bill the party as a family friendly, nonalcoholic event.  The tangerine harkens back to the citrus industry that once thrived in Brooksville. The 200-pound orb will drop 40 feet during the countdown to midnight.

More on Teleportation! W00T!

Monday, December 31st, 2007

I know this is a long article, but it’s very interesting.  What do you think, Jack?  Still waiting to hear from you. Cheers!  (found this on Space.com
Think Star Trek: You are here. You want to go there. It’s just a matter of teleportation. Thanks to lab experiments, there is growth in the number of “beam me up” believers, but there is an equal amount of disbelief, too.Over the last few years, however, researchers have successfully teleported beams of light across a laboratory bench. Also, the quantum state of a trapped calcium ion to another calcium ion has been teleported in a controlled way. These and other experiments all make for heady and heavy reading in scientific journals. The reports would have surely found a spot on Einstein’s night table. For the most part, it’s an exotic amalgam of things like quantum this and quantum that, wave function, qubits and polarization, as well as uncertainty principle, excited states and entanglement.Seemingly, milking all this highbrow physics to flesh out point-to-point human teleportation is a long, long way off.Well, maybe…maybe not.A trillion trillion atomsIn his new book, Teleportation - The Impossible Leap, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., writer David Darling contends that “”One way or another, teleportation is going to play a major role in all our futures. It will be a fundamental process at the heart of quantum computers, which will themselves radically change the world.”Darling suggests that some form of classical teleportation and replication for inanimate objects also seems inevitable. But whether humans can make the leap, well, that remains to be seen.Teleporting a person would require a machine that isolates, appraises, and keeps track of over a trillion trillion atoms that constitute the human body, then sends that data to another locale for reassembly–and hopefully without mussing up your physical and mental makeup.“One thing is certain: if that impossible leap turns out to be merely difficult–a question of simply overcoming technical challenges–it will someday be accomplished,” Darling predicts. In this regard, Darling writes that the quantum computer “is the joker in the deck, the factor that changes the rules of what is and isn’t possible.”Just last month, in fact, scientists at Hewlett Packard announced that they’ve hammered out a new tactic for a creating a quantum computer–using switches of light beams rather than today’s run of the mill, transistor-laden devices. What’s in the offing is hardware capable of making calculations billions of times faster than any silicon-based computer.Given quantum computers and the networking of these devices, Darling senses the day may not be far off for routine teleportation of individual atoms and molecules. That would lead to teleportation of macromolecules and microbes…with, perhaps, human teleportation to follow.Space teleportationWhat could teleportation do for future space endeavors?“We can see the first glimmerings of teleportation in space exploration today,” said Darling, responding to questions sent via e-mail by SPACE.com to his home office near Dundee, Scotland.“Strictly speaking, teleportation is about getting from A to B without passing through the points between A and B. In other words, something dematerializes in one place, then simply rematerializes somewhere else,” Darling said.Darling pointed out that the Spirit and Opportunity rovers had to get to Mars by conventional means. However, their mission and actions are controlled by commands sent from Earth.“So by beaming up instructions, we effectively complete the configuration of the spacecraft. Also, the camera eyes and other equipment of the rovers serve as vicarious extensions of our own senses. So you might say the effect is as if we had personally teleported to the Martian surface,” Darling said.Spooky action at a distanceIn the future it might be possible to assemble spacecraft “on-the-spot” using local materials. “That would be a further step along the road to true teleportation,” Darling added. To take this idea to its logical endpoint, Darling continued, that’s when nanotechnology enters the scene. When nanotechnology is mature, an automated assembly unit could be sent to a destination. On arrival, it would build the required robot explorer from the molecular level up.“Bona fide quantum teleportation, as applied to space travel, would mean sending a supply of entangled particles to the target world then use what Einstein called ’spooky action at a distance’ to make these particles assume the exact state of another collection of entangled particles back on Earth,” Darling speculated.Doing so opens the prospect for genuinely teleporting a robot vehicle–or even an entire human crew–across interplanetary or, in the long run, across interstellar distances, Darling said.“Certainly, if it becomes possible to teleport humans,” Darling said, “you can envisage people hopping to the Moon or to other parts of the solar system, as quickly and as easily as we move data around the Internet today.”UFO connection? If indeed we are to become a space teleporting civilization, what about other advanced civilizations circling distant stars? Perhaps they have already mastered mass transportation via teleportation? One might even be drawn to consider that mode of travel in connection with purported UFO visitation of Earth.“Any strange comings and goings are candidates for teleportation, although you would obviously have to eliminate all mundane explanations first,” Darling responded. “According to reports, some UFOs do appear and disappear quite abruptly, which would fit in with the basic idea of teleportation,” he said.Darling said that interstellar teleportation would be one way to circumvent the light barrier, “although, as we understand the process now, you would need to make a sub-light trip first to set up the teleportation receiver and assembler at the destination.”Quantum teleportation, Darling pointed out is the kind we can do at the subatomic level in the lab today. And that requires equipment at both ends to be able to work.“Extraterrestrial intelligence that is thousands or millions of years ahead of us will certainly be teleportation experts,” Darling advised, “if the technology can be implemented at the macroscopic biological level.”What possible outcome, then, from ET successfully tinkering with teleportation?“We might expect advanced aliens to be occasionally beaming in to check on our progress as a species,” Darling concluded.

Okay, I’m always skeptical about Alien Abductees…

The part of this interview that interests me is the “half here half there” experiments.  I wonder if this is anything like what is happening with Jack?  Jack, if you are reading my blog, please listen to this and let me know if this sounds like your experience.  LISTEN TO COAST TO COAST HERE

Alien & Military Encounters

Abductee and author Jim Sparks returned to share more details of his encounters with aliens, which have persisted for almost two decades. His main experiences are with the ETs known as the Grays, though he’s also had contact with Reptilians, whom he believes are directing the Grays. He suggested that the extreme emotions he initially held towards the Grays– hate and anger, helped him to retain conscious recall of many of the incidents. Members of the US military have been present at some of his abductions, he noted, describing one instance in which he saw an officer working alongside a Gray on a teleportation device, with a woman in a cylinder. Sparks also spoke of a military experiment he referred to as “half-here, half-there” in which he was a “guinea pig.” He simultaneously felt himself to be on a gurney at a military hanger, while experiencing sensations of still being on his living room couch. Sparks told of the time the aliens gave him a “gift,” which came in a square black box. After receiving telepathic instructions on how to open it, he found a black, tarry substance 2-3 inches thick that contained a horrible smell. The aliens informed him that it had been extracted from his lungs (Sparks was a heavy smoker).

Conspiracy at the Denver Airport?

Monday, December 24th, 2007

I meant to post this last week! Yikes! My life is chaos right now! Cheers to Evergreen for sharing this with me. Check out the entire story here.

DA: Last night we talked about a few things. We talked about the Denver airport last night and what is really going on down there, and we talked a bit about the Montauk project and Al Bielek, and then we skipped around a bit about some of the things in Pandora’s Box. You mentioned that the Queen of England has been buying up a lot of property in Colorado under a pseudonym. Why don’t we start on the subject of the British.

AC: All right. The information, primarily, that is in Pandora’s Box covers how the major corporations, railroad and banking concerns in this country were set up through a trust that was originally known as the Virginia Company, and there was a survivor to the massacre of the royalty in France during the French Revolution, Marie Antoinette and King Louis’ son, the Dauphin, who survived and was smuggled out of France. The Dauphin went to the United States via England, where he signed a contract with the Virginia Company. He came here to help the businesses, especially banking, in the United States. The deal was that everything would remain under English control, or subservient to it, and that brings us right up to today, because we are still looking at everything falling under that trust system going back to the Crown of England. It is mind boggling to think that everyone in this country has been led to believe th at the people in the United States had won independence from England, when in fact they never did.

COAST TO COAST!

Coast to Coast has some amazing interviews on many great and very weird topics.  Check out this podcast about time and space travel.

Ancient Egypt & Time Travelers

Author and hypnotherapist Dr. Bruce Goldberg discussed the role time travelers have played in shaping the history of Ancient Egypt. According to Goldberg, three different species — Grays, Hybrids, and Pure Humans (see image) — have visited the planet and stimulated humanity’s creative and scientific achievements. He said these time travelers wear one-piece uniforms adorned with a triangular insignia that identifies they are from the future. As evidence of their influence, Goldberg referred to a hieroglyph (see image) from the Dendera Temple that he believes shows Ancient Egyptians operating primitive television sets. The illustration shows braided cables, high-voltage insulators, and Crookes tubes, he explained, suggesting this as evidence time travelers brought the secret of electricity to Ancient Egypt. He also referred to a temple wall panel (see image) in Abydos that he said shows a helicopter, stealth jet and flying saucers. Goldberg talked about how anti-gravity technology (see image) could have been used to strategically move the large stones used to construct the pyramids. He also discussed teleportation, the lost continents of Lemuria and Atlantis, as well as several things a person can do to prevent an ET abduction. They include using St. John’s Wort, Pennyroyal and salt, wearing magnets and iron religious symbols, and directly confronting the ETs.

The Duncan Clan

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

In my efforts to learn more about who the Duncans may or may not be, I decided to check out the history of the name and found all this information below.  Something to note… the clan Duncan has it’s origins in Scotland and that reminded me of my Mum’s idea that the letters HARRO might be a Scottish word.  This first bit is from http://www.clan-duncan.co.uk/.

Based in the Scottish Highlands the Clan Duncan Society’s primary purpose is to bring together all those with the name Duncan and the associated names of Duncanson, Duncane, Dunkinson, Duncean, Dunken, Donkin, Dunkin and other alternate spellings to globally unite all those with an interest in their history, heritage and ancestral roots in Scotland and unite us all as one Clan.

Duncan is without doubt one of the oldest names in Scotland with a wide, varied and historic background. The formation of our own Clan Duncan Society will enable us to bring all those associated with the name together in one place as one Clan.

Now I’m off to find out more about this Duncan clan.  Cheers!

A Day in Harrow

Sunday, December 16th, 2007

As some of you know, Sharon and I played around with the Ouija board over the last couple weeks. We came up with two messages. The first message spelled out “H-A-R-R-O”. The second message was “G-R-I-M”. I’ve been going back and forth about the meanings of these messages. My Mum believes that HARRO may be the Scottish word which translates to “a cry of distress”. I found this example online: “Quhat was thair mair but ‘harro, taik and slay’“.

But my Dad has another theory and today he drove Sharon and me to the town “Harrow”. Dad says the combination of “HARRO” & “GRIM” is no coincidence. Today involved a bit of hiking and it was quite chilly. It was fun but I’m not feeling any closer to an answer about Gran and those photos and the Duncans. (insert sigh of frustration here)

The purpose of these earthworks remains a mystery, but as they are too small for military use they may have served to demarcate territory.[2] Archaeologists agree that Iron age peoples built the earthworks around 300 BC. Today, Grim’s Ditch forms a section of The Ridgeway, a public path part of the National Trail system in the United Kingdom.

The moniker “Grim’s Ditch” originates from the Saxon word for the devil, Grim (or Odin). The Saxons arrived in England well after the Iron age peoples had vanished and the Saxons ascribed the earthworks to their god of the underworld, hence the name Grim’s Ditch.

Below is the gatehouse of Grim’s Dyke Hotel. I only include this because it has an interesting history. (The Hotel originally belonged to GILBERT of Gilbert & Sullivan!) This hotel is also rumoured to be very, very haunted.  Sadly, we only passed by because it was getting late.

Jack has another video up!

Sounds like he’s experienced another strange “incident”. Hmmm. I’m not an expert on any of this stuff. I’ve pm’ed him twice this week just to say hi and to ask him to come to our lovely forum. And I know a bunch of you guys have reached out to him as well. I’m hoping he’ll come by here and hang out with us. Sounds like he really needs friends. I don’t know if we can actually “help” him, but we can at least be a shoulder or an ear or whatever. (An ear? LOL!! That sounds incredibly silly! Yikes.)
